Service Description

This includes TWO sessions. One is the session booked on the calendar now. The other will be a follow up session that will be booked at the first session. This is to gain a greater understanding and create a plan. After these two sessions we can have further individual sessions or we can progress to personalised programming and support (can be discussed).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged, unless the session is re-arranged within the next 7 days. Furthermore, not attending a session or cancellation within 4 hours will be chargeable (digression may be used but on an individual basis).
