ONLINE Session to support set length FACTOR Online Programmes.
Service Description
* A WhatsApp video call would be used for the online session (others can also be discussed on an individual basis). Session to support set length FACTOR Online Programmes: - We can add an element of specificity to a plan to enhance the effectiveness if needed. - Provide coaching to develop movement. - Offer advice and recommendations, for within the plan or for options when repeating the programme cycle.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged, unless the session is re-arranged within the next 7 days. Furthermore, not attending a session or cancellation within 4 hours will be chargeable (digression may be used but on an individual basis).
