Sports Therapy sessions are for those that may be experiencing issues with movement, training, sport and potentially with associated injuries; both short and longer term.

Our work together would start with an Initial Assessment / Consultation, from here we will have a greater understanding and create a plan and programme to work towards your goals. 

​

Depending on the outcome of our initial session I would typically look for a 3 month commitment to facilitate a successful outcome; this will consist of an individualised injury performance programme and sessions to support our work. 

​

This can be different based on the individual and we can tailor the journey and our work together to suit you and your needs; however, the expectations and commitment is set to help you achieve the goals you are looking for.
